How do Loot Crate subscriptions work?
Loot Crate is a monthly subscription service that delivers a curated box of pop culture collectibles, apparel, and gear right to your door. You choose your theme, select a plan, and wait for the mystery to arrive.
When will my crate ship?
Most crates ship between the 20th and 28th of the month. Once your crate leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking email to follow its journey.
Can I return or exchange items from my crate?
Due to the mystery nature of our crates, we do not accept returns or exchanges for individual items unless they are damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged item, please contact our support team within 30 days.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
You can manage your subscription, update your shipping address, or cancel your plan at any time through your account dashboard. Please ensure changes are made before the monthly billing date.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, as well as PayPal for secure and easy checkout.
